• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services to those with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to uphold professional boundaries and confidentiality while navigating ethical standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and relevant computer applications.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment, enhancing patient care outcomes.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings, especially with patients facing complex health issues.
