Our focus is predominantly on treating individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders with sensitivity and expertise.

This role is primarily remote, providing you the benefit of flexibility while still feeling connected to a dynamic team of mental health professionals. • Perform comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gather insights into patients' trauma histories and challenges, guiding the development of tailored treatment strategies.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that are specifically designed to promote recovery from trauma and enhance resilience in patients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), on an individual and group basis.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their traumatic experiences, develop effective coping mechanisms, and foster healing.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and clinical staff to deliver cohesive and person-centered care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available mental health resources to empower them in their journeys.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance trauma-informed care practices.
• Keep abreast of the latest research developments and best practices related to trauma therapy to ensure superior care delivery.

This position directly involves working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, leading to conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and complex psychological issues. Your expertise will significantly impact clients seeking to reclaim their lives through effective coping strategies and therapeutic support.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care.
• Expertise in trauma-related disorders, trauma-focused treatment modalities, and techniques aimed at resilience-building.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
• Capability to remain composed during high-stress situations, utilizing effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer literacy.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with various professionals dedicated to patient care.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and tools, specifically for trauma recovery.

The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000, reflecting your expertise and commitment.
