What youll do
  • Responsible for applying Technical Performance and Sensory methods to evaluate formulas and fragrances across a breadth of laundry & home care categories
  • Collaborate with Senior Scientist in group and R&D customers to ensure understanding of data requirements and requests and maintain clear communicationsย 
  • Accurately and consistently execute TPI/sensory tests in a timely manner
  • When applicable, QC data and panelists, conduct data analysis, and report test findings
  • Efficiently administer the activities related to sensory panels execution to ensure smooth execution and panel administration, preparation of test materials, daily management of assessors in tests, etc.ย 
  • Support the improvement of standardized sensory practices, protocols, and best practicesย 
  • Manages the ordering and purchase order creation process for materials and supplies used in sensory testing.
  • Supports the planning, preparation, and execution of product demos.
