Job description

sition Title: QA Automation Tester (2 Openings)
Work Authorization: USC / GC Only
 Overview

We are seeking two (2) experienced, hands-on QA Automation Testers to ensure that both new and existing systems meet functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.

The selected candidates will engage in both manual and automated testing, enhance existing test frameworks, and help maintain continuous quality across legacy and modernized applications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain automated testing for large-scale, distributed, and n-tier applications.

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end test automation scripts, documentation, and frameworks.

  • Participate in test planning, scripting, and execution for system development and integration.

  • Review system requirements, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure completeness and alignment with standards.

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and system teams to optimize test strategies.

  • Create and manage automated test case scenarios aligned with Agile delivery acceptance criteria.

  • Conduct regression, performance, accessibility (ADA/508), and cross-browser testing.

  • Maintain test artifacts, scripts, and libraries to ensure they remain current and version-controlled.

  • Participate in Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing (CI/CT) processes.

  • Ensure testing adheres to organizational QA standards and policies.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years working with Azure DevOps Suite (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts).

  • 5+ years of experience in automated testing using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) with VBScript or other scripting languages.

  • Proven background in test automation frameworks, manual testing, and test methodologies.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies with participation in at least two large-scale Agile projects.

  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining UI, backend, API, and hardware test automation.

  • Expertise in testing across web, distributed, mobile, performance, regression, database, and security areas.

  • Working knowledge of .NET, SharePoint, and Salesforce platforms.

  • Familiarity with data modeling, database design, and application architecture principles.

  • Experience in enterprise integration testing and automation strategy implementation.

  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD environments, and TDD principles.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with QA Functional Test Suites such as UFT, SOAPUI, or equivalent tools.

  • Hands-on experience with C#, WCF, jQuery, XML, JSON, WebAPI, SOAP, .NET, and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, and the .NET Framework.

  • Knowledge of virtualized hosting environments and MuleSoft integration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in SQL and data validation scripting.
