Sandvik Mining and Construction USA, LLC, headquartered in Smyrna, Georgia, is looking for an IT Integration Technical Solution Architect and Manager (Job Code R0094188)
Your performance areas:
The IT Integration Technical Solution Architect and Manager position is responsible for managing the integration architecture and development process from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with information technology teams across different integration layers, including enterprise and solution architects, infrastructure service managers and consultants.
  • Oversee the production of high-level end-to-end integration solution design within Sandvik's middleware integration frameworks.
  • Support existing integration platforms and adoption of new integration platforms in the Sandvik IT landscape.
  • Define the design principles and IT documentation associated with the integration of the end-to-end solutions.
  • Support Infor Operating Service platform and ensure the integration of diverse applications and systems to Sandvik's global enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Oversee and execute the integration function for the Infor Operating Service (OS) middleware stack Platform including the document management module.
  • Guide and execute the design and implementation process for integration solutions with Microsoft Azure and IBM Message Queue.
  • Oversee the adoption of a new supply chain and ERP system, SAP S4 Hana, using knowledge of supply chain and ERP systems.
  • Establish the standards, guidelines, and strategy for Infor OS based integration (interface) technologies.
  • Provide key technical content knowledge in the integration design to help progress the integration and address the gaps assessments.
  • Capture and maintain the full catalogue of interfaces across the IT landscape and serve as the design authority for any additions or changes to the catalogue.
  • Oversee projects to integrate new or extend interfaces with existing applications and ensure optimal running of the integrated applications.
  • Oversee and manage the technical support provided by external suppliers and ensure completion and adherence to the design principles and guidelines.
  • Drive collaboration with functional design teams to ensure interface requirements are clearly understood and documented.
  • Reviews functional design team's physical interface designs to ensure conformance with defined standards, or to resolve exceptions.
  • Establish standards for system administration, methods for monitoring and reporting, and the outage contingency plan for Infor OS Integration platform.
  • Conduct a regular review of the integration framework and devise the strategy for continuous improvement to meet the current and future needs of the business.
  • Sets Infor OS Integration principles, strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, conventions and documentation requirements.

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or Commerce and six (6) years of experience as Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Integration Manager or IT Production Manager-Integration. The required six (6) experience must have included middleware integration for Infor Operating, Localisation and LN Tax Service platforms and the use of IBM Websphere Message Queue, Azure and Microsoft SQL Server technologies. The six (6) years of experience must have also included managing integration activities and technical support teams for global supply chain and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Up to 20% international travel required. Employer will accept a three-year Bachelor's Degree in one of the above-named fields. May telecommute from home within the continental U.S.
