What You’ll Do 

 Lead ERP & EDI Integration Excellence 

  • Design, develop, and support applications critical to ERP and EDI initiatives. 
  • Ensure accurate, secure, and seamless end-to-end transaction flow across ERP and other boundary systems or SaaS solutions 
  • Diagnose and resolve interface, performance, and data integrity issues. 

 Design, Develop & Optimize Enterprise Systems 

  • Develop, enhance and provide overall SME leadership for Integration solutions 
  • Oversee ERP boundary system integrations to streamline workflows and improve performance. 
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving expertise to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency especially to integration challenges 
  • Design solutions with an architectural mindset of common patterns, re-use and scalability 

 Support Business Growth Through Technology 

  • Lead ERP integration efforts for newly acquired entities into the Oracle ERP ecosystem. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new distributors into established EDI processes. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact development initiatives that reduce cost and improve efficiency. 

 Leverage Infor & Enterprise Tools 

  • Work with Infor products including Workflow, Workspace, and IDF to enhance operations. 
  • Ensure rigorous testing, documentation, peer review, and adherence to change management processes. 

 Maintain Security & Performance Standards 

  • Champion a secure-by-design development approach. 
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and performance benchmarks. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience 
  • At least 5 years of experience developing Integration solutions – both transactional and master data solutions with Integration Toolsets (EAI / ETL type solutions) 
  • Strongly prefer 2 years+ experience with Oracle’s OIC integration suite. 
  • Integration skills with Informatica/ETL are a plus 
  • Proven experience integrating multiple tools and systems to deliver business solutions 
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate across all organizational levels
