Mitchell Selig Ford of Windsor, CT is in search of a Master Certified Ford Technician to join our team.

We have just invested over $5,000,000 in the business, renovated facility, new lifts, equipment and special tools and We Have the Work in the shop to add another experienced, trained Ford technician.

In addition to an hourly rate, we also offer the important support to help the right individual maximize their hours produced and allow for a higher quality of life. This is a real opportunity for a six figure income:

Responsibilities

  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
  • Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

  • Ford Technician experience required
  • ASE Certification required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic Computer skills
