Job description

This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Midland, TX but will periodically require travel to remote locations for troubleshooting or equipment repair.Primary responsibilities can include but are not limited to:Provide troubleshooting, problem solving and on-site technical support for all levels of usersProvide technical support for all hardware/software computer deployments and related issuesAnalyze, test, implement and support the roll-outs of new client equipment such as PCs, laptops, and tabletsAnalyze, troubleshoot, and support all aspects of the client infrastructure, including PC hardware, software installs, and networkingProvide client level support for all IT deployments and projectsPerform other duties as assigned by managementDevelop solutions for simple to complex user issues (hardware and/or software).Create technical process and procedure documentation, as well as end-user documentation.Evaluate new client technologies, including testing of new models of end point devices as they are added to the environmentPerforms other duties as assigned.
