Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Analyze business requirements, configure PeopleSoft FSCM modules, and support system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
  2. Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate incident resolution, and maintain system stability across enterprise ERP environments.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to support ERP initiatives, roadmap planning, and system optimization.
  4. Prepare technical and functional documentation, support compliance activities, disaster recovery planning, audits, and continuous process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

15+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM applications with extensive expertise in enterprise ERP production support, system configuration, functional analysis, and public sector financial systems.

Technical Skills

PeopleSoft FSCM, ERP System Configuration, Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, SAP BusinessObjects

Business / Domain Skills

Financial Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Asset Management, General Ledger, ERP Production Support
