Responsibilities and Requirements -
  • To lead the quality strategy of mobile products, design test plans, lead QA Engineers, and be responsible for the overall integration accuracy.
  • Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using
    industry-accepted best practices.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying
    industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality
    goals are met.
  • Proven experience in API testing, with a strong understanding of RESTful protocol. Proficient in using tools such as Postman/Splunk/Swagger for API validation
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services
    and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
  • Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
  • Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
  • Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
  • Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
