Business Systems Analyst

Partner with Uline's Finance teams on key projects and initiatives to ensure we're equipped to make the best business decisions to support our growing company!

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve technology processes for the department, building efficiencies through automation and smart use of data.

  • Investigate, analyze and resolve user issues to support Finance operations.

  • Maintain and test various department software systems to ensure correct setup and reliable performance.

  • Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver solutions that meet project requirements and business needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using VBA, Python or other programming languages. Working knowledge of Power BI preferred.

  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.

  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment is an asset.

  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
