Position Overview:
A hands-on, high-impact Hybrid Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to own the evolution of our enterprise systems. In this role, you will be a strategic thinker and a technical executioner. You will map complex business workflows for our asset-rental, sales, and operations teams, translating them into automated solutions.
Your primary mission will be to architect a flawless Master Account Management process within Dynamics 365 Sales, while supporting the configuring of bidirectional data pipelines that connect to our ERP system and downstream logistics applications. You are not just writing requirements; you are testing the system, improving workflows, and deploying solutions.
Core Responsibilities of the Blended Role
1. The BA Side (Strategic Business Analysis)
  • Stakeholder Management: Interview Sales and operations teams to map current-state inefficiencies and draft functional blueprints for system updates.
  • Process Mapping: Visualizes the current messy account structures and designs the future "clean" master account hierarchy.
  • Functional Requirements: Documents how data should flow (e.g., "When a credit application is completed a master billing account should be created in needed systems.").

2. The BSA Side (Hands-on System Execution)
  • Low-Code Customization: Logs directly into the Microsoft Power Apps portal to build the custom tables, forms, and views required.
  • Workflow Automation: Works with IT team to develop, build, and test the Power Automate flows.
  • Integration Configuration: Understands and supports the set up native connectors, configures Dataverse Dual-Write, or partners with external developers to map out the API fields connecting Dynamics Sales to your ERP.
  • Testing & Deployment: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and handle internal solution lifecycle management (ALM) to safely migrate customizations from Sandbox to Production environment.
  • Data Cleansing & Analytics: Execute automated duplicate detection rules, manage bulk data transformations, and build functional Power BI dashboards to track sales metrics.

Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
(or equivalent practical experience working in business systems roles)
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Hybrid BSA role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Proven experience working on end-to-end business process improvements

Skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform:
    • Power Apps (form/table customization)
    • Power Automate (workflow creation)
  • Experience with Dataverse and basic data modeling
