Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to support system design, implementation, testing, and deployment throughout the SDLC.
  3. Evaluate existing systems, identify process improvements, and recommend technology solutions to enhance business operations.
  4. Prepare business documentation, facilitate communication between business and technical teams, and support system implementation activities.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and enterprise application support.
