Support the ongoing optimization of Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) and automated warehouse operations. This role is focused on process mapping, requirements development, system integration, and warehouse automation, working closely with product, technical, operations, automation, and vendor teams. Experience with DATUM WES from DCS (Decision Control Systems) is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Document current-state warehouse and automation processes
  • Define and map future-state workflows
  • Identify gaps between warehouse operations, WMS processes, WES functionality, and automated equipment
  • Gather business and operational requirements from stakeholders
  • Write clear user stories
  • Define acceptance criteria

  • Participate in functional discussions around WES capabilities
