Job description

Position Summary

*This position is contingent upon award

The Systems Analyst is responsible for all contractor work performed under the IT-focused portions of the PWS covering system requirements development, portfolio rationalization/application consolidation, and enterprise architecture and technology transition planning. This role leads execution across those task areas and serves as the primary technical interface to the Government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all tasks and activities under System Requirements for Integration and Sustainment, Portfolio Rationalization and Application Consolidation, and Enterprise Architecture and Technology Transition Planning, ensuring technical alignment and seamless execution.
  • Support requirements definition and refinement, process reengineering, and evaluation of COTS/GOTS software, including alternative system design reviews.
  • Evaluate emerging IT capabilities, including AI/ML prototype solutions, and present technical findings to the Government.
  • Support benchmarking and integration of commercial program/portfolio management, source selection, and modeling/simulation tools.
  • Support Business Process Reengineering and Enterprise Architecture efforts for NDAA-driven defense business system modernization compliance.
  • Analyze legacy systems for consolidation, map business functions and data categories, identify Authoritative Data Sources, and support target-state gap analyses and transition roadmaps.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Experience: 8 years
  • Education: Master's degree, or bachelor's degree with equivalent experience, in Computer/Systems Engineering
  • Certifications / Expertise: ITIL; CISSP
  • Security Clearance: Secret
