• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, focusing on enhancing the mental health and emotional well-being of clients.
• Facilitate discussions where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences, aiding them in gaining insights into their lives and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, helping them to set personal goals and navigate the complexities of their mental health journeys.
• Evaluate clients' mental conditions, formulating and implementing customized treatment plans based on best practices and your clinical expertise.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults who have been pre-screened, ensuring a low acuity and manageable therapeutic workload. There will be no severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on providing effective care to individuals who are motivated and ready to engage in the therapeutic process. • Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure to provide independent practice, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional licenses or pending disciplinary actions are accepted.
• Proficiency in making professional assessments, treatment recommendations, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sympathetic and empathetic approach.
• Competence in using computer systems and online platforms for counseling and administrative functions.

• Prior experience in a counseling role or a similar environment, particularly with adult populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital counseling tools is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and adapting approaches to meet individual client needs.
