Position Title: Remote Technical Sales Manager
About the Role: The Remote Technical Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships within the machinery and automation sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales experience to manage the complete sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals. With a focus on capital equipment sales, the role demands a self-motivated professional who can thrive in a remote work environment while traveling extensively across North America. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth and success in a laid-back company culture that values independence and flexibility.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 / Year DOE
Remote Technical Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage direct capital equipment sales, project management, and market development
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer visits, technical discussions, and negotiations
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels
  • Prepare accurate quotations, sales forecasts, and CRM documentation
