We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with team members from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Technology. You will develop scalable business processes and Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency, support growth, and improve the experience for our internal users.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling complex business challenges, converting business needs into technical solutions, and promoting ongoing enhancement throughout the lead-to-cash lifecycle.

What You'll Do Here:
  • Build positive relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand strategic goals, operational challenges, and business needs.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements workshops to find opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Convert business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process documentation, data flow diagrams, business process maps, data mapping specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business collaborators and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze current business processes and build scalable, future-state workflows that streamline operations, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort.
  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, Product teams, and Project Managers to implement and improve Salesforce solutions supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) processes.
  • Support improvements across Salesforce Sales Cloud, including automation, workflows, security, reporting, and data management.
  • Evaluate solution options by balancing business requirements, user experience, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for essential GTM business workflows and Salesforce functionality.
  • Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and production releases.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to automate manual processes, simplify workflows, improve user adoption, enhance operational efficiency, and standardize business processes through governance.
Skills You'll Need Here:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
  • Practical experience providing support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and associated business applications.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and CRM teams.
  • Strong business process analysis and process improvement skills.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Smartsheet.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company'sdiscretionaryincentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
