Day-to-day, you'll work closely with integration teams, other sub-system teams, and project-level functions to ensure seamless coordination, manage cross-functional activities, and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

You'll specifically take care of leading sub-system activities from requirement capture and analysis to the successful delivery of contractual obligations, but also contribute to risk and opportunity management while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

We'll look to you for:

  • Managing cross-functional sub-system stakeholders, activities, and deliverables to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives

  • Coordinating sub-system activities with other project stakeholders, including integration teams and other sub-systems

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards, including EHS, Railway System Safety, and Project Management

  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling sub-system activities, including scope, schedule, resources, costs, risks, and opportunities

  • Leading teams to achieve project objectives and ensuring alignment among stakeholders

  • Synchronizing sub-system activities with other sub-systems and project teams to resolve overarching issues

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in a project leadership role

  • Experience working in and with multinational companies and across different business cultures

  • Global knowledge of Network and Telecoms sub-systems is preferred

  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management processes

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multi-site/multi-disciplinary teams

  • Leadership qualities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach

Things you'll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You'll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from monotonous routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Contribute to innovative and impactful projects

  • Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning programs

  • Progress towards leadership or specialized roles within Alstom

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognizes your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

Compensation
