Familiarity with tools like SQL, ERP software, and business analysis frameworks, as well as certifications such as CompTIA or CBAP, is highly beneficial. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and teamwork are essential soft skills for collaborating with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions. These skills ensure that system solutions are effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
