Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
This position requires knowledge of website design to translate business needs into an online experience that ensures a high-quality customer interaction in all customer touch points. May create website strategy, design online promotional programs for digital products or services to acquire new customers. Manage the implementation of eCommerce marketing, sales, service and support programs and analyze their effectiveness. Work without supervision on highly complex projects.
The ideal candidate must be driven by curiosity to learn from data and enjoy storytelling. The right candidate will be excited by designing experiments, data collection and measurement, analyses, and visualization as they recommend improvements for marketing and operations. The candidate needs to have experience in applying statistical methods, Mathematical Optimization techniques to improve online purchase and other user behaviors. Expert knowledge of SQL and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Adobe) is required
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design experiments and recommend KPIs and metrics to address information needs of internal clients
  • Identifies business needs and design measurement plans including data collection and instrumentation
  • Provide analytical guidance to projects that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors
  • Able to query databases using SQL to extract, integrate, assemble and prepare data frames for analyses
  • Visualize results (e.g., using Tableau, Excel), prepare presentations and present findings to audiences

Preferred Skills / qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field experience
  • 5+ years' experience in an eCommerce environment with proven track record of managing online aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
