What You'll Be Doing:

Provide administrative intervention for students with behavioral or attendance issues
De-escalate inappropriate behaviors using approved intervention techniques
Partner with school staff, students, and families to support student success
Refer families to community and Boys Town resources as needed
Track student progress and maintain case files and data

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum age of 18 required
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience with special needs or behavioral support in school settings

Physical & Safety Requirements:

Mostly sedentary work in a standard school or office environment
