The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a Legal Assistant with three or more years of experience; insurance defense preferred.
Your Day-to-Day:
Qualified candidate must have strong administrative skills, and be familiar with conflicts check, filing, electronic document management and utilizing general office equipment.
Requirements
What You Bring:
  • Three or more years of legal admin/office experience.
  • Ability to draft basic documents including standardized letters helpful.
  • Ability to follow-up on items and be detailed oriented.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Computer skills a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Civil Litigation and/or Insurance Defense experience.
