About the Role


We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and motivated individual who can move between administrative work, sales support, and marketing execution while working closely with our leadership team to help keep the business moving forward.


This is a multi-functional role that combines executive assistance, sales support, and marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage details, communicate professionally, take initiative, and confidently juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support

  • Day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Prepare documents, reports, and other materials
  • Help organize projects and keep deadlines on track
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems


Sales Support

  • Assist in the needs of the sales department. Examples include:
  • Maintaining sales logs
  • Compiling sales programs from various sources
  • Organize digital files, contracts, agreements, and records
  • Coordinate information between sales, accounting, operations, and leadership
  • Assist with expenses, receipts, and administrative paperwork
  • Maintain office supplies and other administrative needs related to the sales team
  • Provide general administrative support to sales leadership team as needed


Marketing Support

  • Assist with social media and event marketing initiatives
  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaigns
  • Assist with online content updates
  • Help coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities
