Valley Insurance Service Inc. is seeking a full-time Administrative & Client Support Assistant to support the clerical and administrative functions of our Fort Valley office. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our business and requires someone who values precision, punctuality, and professionalism.

Insurance experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong office skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to showing up and doing the job well every day.

Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 38.5 hours per week
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide professional front desk support: greet and direct clients and visitors
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Process customer payments (cash, check, credit card) accurately
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, and emails
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scan, file, and enter data into the client management system
