Annapolis Micro Systems is seeking an experienced, passionate, and talented systems administrator who has a genuine excitement for and interest in supporting critical components of our IT environment. Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure, desktop systems, server installations, and more. Interact with multiple business, engineering, and manufacturing groups daily, and be an integral part of Annapolis Micro Systems' success.

  • CMMC/NIST 800-171 Security Standards and Compliance
  • Server Setup, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
  • Desktop and User Support
  • Network Setup, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
  • Hardware/Software Updates/Upgrades

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT-related degree
  • Hardware/Software installation and maintenance experience
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, managed switches)
  • Experience with desktop troubleshooting and help desk support
  • Strong communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship
