Job description

Job Title: Season Ticket Member Service Assistant
Department: Revenue Generation, Season Ticket Member Services
Reports To: Manager, Season Ticket Member Services
Location: Rockford IceHogs Office
Hours: Office time approximately 20 hours per week. Schedule varies based on the event and game schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Duration: 2026-27 AHL Season (September through April)
Status: Part-Time / Seasonal

Role Summary: The Season Ticket Member Services Assistant is a part-time position, responsible for supporting the team servicing Season Ticket Members and generating revenue for the Rockford IceHogs. This position requires a highly energetic and self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the entire Revenue Generation team via ticket inquiry phone, live chat and email support. Assist Season Ticket Members with various inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain diligent and real-time Salesforce CRM entries.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Superior organization and time management skills.

  • Ability to solve problems independently with customized solutions.

  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM (Salesforce) and the internet.? Experience with ticketing systems (Ticketmaster Archtics) is a plus.

  • Passion for sports and hockey.

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule commands.

  • Ability to address, adapt to, and overcome challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The Rockford IceHogs, founded in 1999 and members of the American Hockey League (AHL), is a premier organization and primary development affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks. Located in Rockford, IL, the Team calls the newly renovated BMO Center its home and offices in downtown Rockford, 401 E State Street.
