Job Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Dean of Students Office while serving as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, families, and external partners. Maintains office records and databases, supports Title IX, CARE, and community standards processes, coordinates office operations, budget tracking, purchasing, communications, and student worker supervision. Ensures compliance with institutional policies and FERPA while delivering exceptional customer service through strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Must have a high school diploma. Relevant professional experience in higher education administration, counseling, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, compliance, or a related field. Must have strong communication, computer and public speaking skills. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
