Job description

8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday

Provides implementation and support services to clients. This may include application build, education training, process analysis, process redesign, fit gap analysis, policy development, procedure development, troubleshooting, interaction with vendor support services, report development and progress reporting to management and stakeholders. Will work in an independent manner with minimal direct supervision. Will assist clients in working out downtime and disaster recovery procedures. Will work with clients to assist in optimizing usage of enterprise information systems.

BS in Computer Science and 3+ years’ experience. Experience in Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification with charge router experience required.
