Overview:

As a Classroom Teacher, you will lead a classroom of diverse learners, delivering engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with state and school-specific standards. You will create a safe, supportive environment where students are excited to learn and empowered to reach their full potential. By implementing strategies that address all learning styles, you will ensure each student thrives. Using data to inform your instruction, you'll continuously adjust teaching methods to maximize student success.

Full-time Classroom Teacher Compensation and Benefits


Compensation:

  • Base Salary
  • Sign-On Bonus
  • Retention Stipend
  • Enrollment Incentive Stipend
  • Employer 401K Match (2.5% of Base Salary)

Total Possible Compensation Package: $57,187.50

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent).
  • Possession of, or eligibility for, valid teaching certification.
  • Teaching experience, which may include student teaching or other relevant experience.
  • Strong command of the subject(s) you teach and the ability to deliver content in an engaging, impactful manner.
  • Adherence to the Code of Ethics for the Education Profession.
