  • Minimum Education Requirements: Associate's degree or above leading to a Tennessee Board of Health issued license in one of the following areas or occupations. (Internships and Fellowships are not eligible). Example Qualifying Areas/Occupations: registered nurse, physician, athletic trainer, physical therapist, physician's assistant
  • Occupational Work Experience: One year full time or part time work experience out of the past five Industry Certification Tennessee Board of Health issued license Pathway Options
  • All applicants must provide verification of one year full time or part time work experience out of the past five and industry certification regardless of postsecondary degree level
