In these short term jobs, your duties depend on the needs of your employer. A computer science instructor can work with students of various ages to teach computer skills during summer school or a computer camp. As an intern, you might work on programming, computer engineering, or database administration tasks as part of an internship program. These programs are often designed for high school or college students who want to gain practical experience in areas like programming, robotics, artificial intelligence, or cybersecurity. Participants may collaborate on group projects, attend lectures from industry professionals, and build a foundation for future studies or careers in technology. Programs can be found at universities, online, or through specialized organizations, and they often provide networking opportunities and exposure to the latest industry trends.

  • Review proposals to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Develop annual territory goals and execute winning strategies.
  • Represent WesTech at industry events and trade shows.
  • Provide technical presentations and support to customers.
  • Monitor and mentor sales reps in your territory.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure coverage and success across regions.

Here are the skills that you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • 5+ years of technical sales or marketing experience with increasing responsibility.

Here are the skills and qualifications that will set you apart:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences
  • Experience in water/wastewater markets and established industry relationships.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to use a workstation (computer/phone) and move around the facility.
  • When at job sites, stooping, crawling, reaching, handling documents, boxes, etc. may be required.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Benefits and perks we offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based annual bonuses.
  • Dollar for dollar 401K match of 6%.
  • Flexible work hours, hybrid schedules with remote work options.
