Job QualificationsFive years of analytics experience with at least three years working with workforce, Human Resources, or financial datasets. Experience with Human Resources /workforce analytics software or Learning Management Systems is preferred.

Bachelor's degree and three years of analytics experience with at least two years working with workforce, Human Resources, or financial datasets. Experience with Human Resources /workforce analytics software or Learning Management Systems is preferred.

Delivers end-to-end analytics solutions, including trend analysis, root cause diagnostics, risk identification, and forward-looking recommendations to improve workforce outcomes, talent strategy, and business performance.
Applies statistical and research methods to proactively identify workforce risks and analyze escalated issues, partnering with HR and business leaders to develop data-driven solutions and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of talent management practices. Partners with stakeholders to assess workforce trends, provide analytic insights, and recommend strategies that support business objectives and a high-performing workforce.
Contributes to the design and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide analytics capabilities, including tools, methodologies, systems, and evaluation frameworks aligned to a revenue-driven workforce strategy.
Develops technical and analytical solutions by gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into functional and data specifications for HR systems, analytics products, and AI-enabled tools. Manages requirements across the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability, alignment with business needs, and effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
