Job Summary:
JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers and businesses. They are seeking a Data Scientist to design and develop machine learning solutions, analyze model performance, and ensure compliance with security requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop machine learning solutions for security platforms.
• Design, develop, and deploy models to enforce least privilege access principles.
• Analyze model performance and implement incremental prediction improvements based on feedback.
• Process large datasets for exploration, standardization, cleansing, and feature engineering.
• Perform machine learning operations and deploy models to production for prediction services.
• Ensure applications meet security and compliance requirements.
• Implement infrastructure as code and manage infrastructure deployment for data science workloads.
• Identify and resolve application vulnerabilities and maintain compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
• Three (3) years of experience with performing data exploration, transformation, aggregation, statistical analysis, and data cleansing using Python, Jupyter Notebook, SQL, pandas, and PySpark.
• Three (3) years of experience designing and developing data science models using Python and machine learning libraries, including Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, including PyTorch.
• Three (3) years of experience performing data science development using AWS cloud-based tools, including S3, SageMaker, and EMR.
• Three (3) years of experience performing machine learning operations and deploying models to production using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and AWS services such as SageMaker.
• Three (3) years of experience implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform to create AWS resources, including S3 and EMR.
• Three (3) years of experience developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask to serve data science models.
