To thrive as a Computer Science Intern, you need a solid understanding of programming languages (such as Python, Java, or C++), data structures, algorithms, and basic software development principles, typically backed by ongoing coursework in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, integrated development environments (IDEs), and sometimes exposure to cloud platforms or coding certifications can be advantageous.
