Job description

Description & Requirements
The National Sector Marketing Intern will work with the National Sector Marketing Team in various aspects of marketing to support the advancement of Forvis Mazars' sector growth strategies. The intern will utilize firm resources to expand brand awareness and visibility, support strategic growth opportunities, leverage data tools for critical insights and enhanced decision making, and support new product, service, or initiative development.
This position will be 100% in-person at Forvis Mazars' Springfield, MO, office. The intern will work 16 hours per week with work schedules set by the direct supervisor (class schedules and student life commitments are taken into consideration). Professional demeanor is required.
How You Will Contribute:
  • Provide tactical support to help execute marketing strategy
  • Assist with presentation support for webinars, internal meetings, or speaking sessions
  • Actively participate in National Sector Marketing Team meetings to collaborate with other team members
  • Help with internal and external conference planning and logistics
  • Support industry professionals with market research and competitive intelligence
  • Gather, organize, and analyze internal and external data for strategic marketing purposes
  • Provide support for thought leadership strategy, including newsletters, webinars, and videos

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least a Junior and pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 in major and overall is required
  • Participation in community association or student chapter of marketing or related field association is preferred
  • Maintain a residence within the local area of Springfield, MO
  • Reliable transportation to office
