Duties
Teach one or two college Biology courses in general Biology (majors and non-majors), Microbiology, or Anatomy & Physiology disciplines. Prepare lecture and lesson plans according to departmental syllabus and learning objectives, teach lecture and lab portion of class in-person, grade student work, and observe chemical and other lab safety protocols.
Education/Experience
Master's degree in Biological Sciences or Master's degree in related field with 18 graduate hours in Biological Sciences or Biological Sciences subdisciplines. Other requirements may apply.
Specify interest:
General Biology (BIO 111)
Non-majors biology (BIO 101/104)
Qualifications
Experience teaching at the community college or college level preferred (not required).
