About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative MTT Instructor to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities * Deliver instructor-led training across CONUS and OCONUS locations (PEC, ARRTC, regional sites, and remote field environments).
* Conduct classroom hands-on exercises and practical application scenarios covering ARNG systems and required applications.
* Configure and validate classroom hardware, software, and training environments; provide in-class technical assistance for access, configuration, and performance issues.
* Facilitate workflow demonstrations, discussions, and applied practice to prepare learners for operational use.
* Deliver live online training via VTC, Defense Collaboration Services (DCS), and other approved platforms; adapt instruction for virtual delivery.
* Coordinate with training centers, product teams, and instructional staff to validate lesson sequencing and integrate system updates into course materials.
* Collect learner feedback, identify challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of courseware and delivery methods.
* Maintain rapid deployment readiness to deliver on-site instruction on short notice as operational needs arise.#ENOCS Qualifications Qualifications * 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
* Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
* Candidate must meet ONE of the following: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering; OR
* Relevant DoD/military training (example: Cyber 101); OR
* Relevant professional certification or equivalent instructional experience (example: CISSO).
* Required experience and skills: * Instructional delivery, technical training, or classroom facilitation experience supporting enterprise or DoD training programs.
* Hands-on experience configuring training labs/environments and troubleshooting technical issues during instruction.
* Proficiency delivering instructor-led and virtual training (VTC/DCS), developing lesson plans, and conducting assessments.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills; ability to adapt instruction to diverse learner levels.
* Capability to produce feedback reports and support iterative course improvements.
* Desired: * Prior DoD/ARNG MTT or training center delivery experience and familiarity with PEC/ARRTC operations.
* Willingness/ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS and deploy on short notice.#ENOCS Details Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
