COMPANY is seeking a Data Analyst Instructor to join a cutting-edge initiative in support of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in Germany. This role plays a vital part in delivering critical engineering and technical support services, with a strong emphasis on leveraging advanced data science and engineering solutions to drive mission success.



Position: Data Analyst Instructor (Engineer I)

Location: Kaiserslautern, Germany

Clearance: Secret



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Perform Staff Training on Analytics tools in support of data literacy program
  • Develop Data Literacy training program.
  • Train staff and other personnel on the rudiments of data literacy (what it is, how it is used to understand processes, statuses, etc)
  • Work with other teams within the organization to gain an understanding of the use of internally configured tools and visualizations. Create visualizations that can succinctly express complex relationships. Leverage experience with multimedia processes, videography, to create training materials that can be utilized to train intended audiences.
  • Create and edit multimedia content, such as video, audio, or presentations.
  • Train staff and other personnel in the use of internally configured tools and visualizations.
  • Conduct scenario development/exercise planning that reduces risks and improves readiness.
  • Develop scenarios using risk reduction and readiness improvement in the areas of:
  • Emergency preparedness
  • Disaster risk
  • Create and analyze plausible hypothetical situations to:
  • Create an understanding of potential impacts Develop effective responses


Job Requirements

Years of Experience combination of any of the following:


  • Eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience
  • Major IT Certification AND seven (7) years of recent specialized experience
  • Associate’s degree in computer science, information management, or related discipline AND seven (7) years of recent specialized experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or related discipline AND three (3) years of recent specialized experience
  • IA Technical Level II certification or higher:
  • CCNA-Security
  • CompTIA CySA+
  • Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
  • GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
  • CompTIA Security+ CE
  • EC-Council Certified Network Defense (CND)
  • (ISC)² Certified?System?Security?Practitioner (SSCP)
