Spott is a YC-backed AI startup based in Leuven, Belgium, building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM). We're on a mission to make recruiting faster, smarter, and more efficient, helping recruiters close more placements and everyone find the right job. We're looking for a product-obsessed Backend Software Engineer to join us and uphold our standard of building market-leading solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on back-end development of our recruitment platform using TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Build core product features and improve backend code, ensuring systems scale with a growing customer base.
  • Participate in product refinement, brainstorming, and prioritization, influencing both what and how we build.
  • Work in a supportive, open, and fast-moving environment where you can learn and grow quickly.
Requirements
