GENERAL OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly analytical and naturally curious professional who thrives on uncovering insights others miss. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, data science, economics, and software development, leveraging data to identify emerging trends, market dynamics, risks, and opportunities that drive business performance.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys digging into complex datasets, challenging assumptions, and translating information into meaningful business intelligence. They possess strong technical capabilities, a solid statistical foundation, and a deep understanding of market drivers and supply chain dynamics. Success in this role means consistently uncovering valuable insights and proactively answering questions business leaders have not yet thought to ask.

This position will spend much of its time analyzing New York market data and other internal and external data sources to provide actionable intelligence that supports Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and business leadership.

Requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

  • Conduct deep investigative analysis to uncover meaningful business insights and market intelligence.

  • Develop and maintain analytical tools, models, and automated processes using Python and other data technologies.

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and business leaders to support strategic decision-making.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling.
