Senior Manager – Data and Analytics

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analytics and insights professionals.
  • Develop and execute a data and analytics roadmap aligned to Company's business priorities and IT strategy
  • Evaluate, implement and continuously improve analytical processes, reporting tools, AI capabilities and BI infrastructure to enhance clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Promote a data-informed culture by advocating for the effective use of data and structured problem-solving methodologies in day-to-day decision making
  •  Partner with IT and business leaders to prioritize initiatives based on value, effort, and organizational readiness
  • Establish and maintain data governance practices that ensure data quality, consistency, and appropriate access across the organization
  • Oversee data integration across enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and commercial and supply chain platforms
  •  Engage with strategic leaders and C-suite to evangelize data & AI best practices and develop enabling relationships for the team
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and platforms, including automation and AI, to enable data-driven decision making and forecasting.
  • Establish best practices for analytics methodologies, insight generation, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in strategy or analytics roles — ideally with a background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth technology companies
  • 5+ experience leading cross functional teams
  • 5+ experience directly leading technical teams, including software development
  • Experience in CPG, retail, food & beverage, or other consumer-focused industries is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information systems, Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Advanced experience working with data & AI products
  •  Outstanding communication skills, able to craft compelling, data-backed narratives that influence business and technical stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
  • Deep analytical fluency, comfortable operating across SQL, Python/R, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to independently interrogate data and generate insights
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience in relationship building and partnering. Must work well in both team and individual settings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of turning data and insights into actionable plans.
  • Advanced project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven experience applying statistical modelling and machine learning techniques in production
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.
