Job description

El Paso Optical Center is seeking a bilingual, Spanish/English speaking, friendly, computer savvy, detail-oriented Receptionist/Technician to answer phones and welcome our patients. Previous experience in an optometry/ophthalmology practice is a plus, but not necessary. Training will be available for all aspects of the position.

  • HAVING NECESSARY PAPERWORK FILLED OUT BY PATIENTS, SCANNING OR UPLOADING INTO PATIENT'S CHART IN OUR SYSTEM
  • ANSWERING PHONES
  • SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS USING OFFICEMATE (OUR MEDICAL SOFTWARE)
  • RESPONDING TO EMAILS
