Join Our Team!

Do you enjoy technology, online selling, and helping customers? Bytefixx Technology Group is looking for an organized, motivated E-Commerce & Computer Sales Associate to help us give refurbished technology a second life.

In this role, you'll test, prepare, photograph, and list computers and electronics for sale while also assisting customers who visit our Lawrence showroom. Every day is different, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both technology and customer interaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Test, clean, and prepare computers and electronics for resale
  • Perform basic data wiping and follow established testing procedures
  • Create attractive listings on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and other online marketplaces
  • Take high-quality product photos and write accurate product descriptions
  • Respond to online customer inquiries and coordinate local pickups and shipping
  • Pack and ship sold products safely and accurately
  • Assist walk-in customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Receive, organize, and process incoming computer equipment
  • Keep the showroom, warehouse, and inventory areas clean and organized
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure products are tested, priced, and ready for sale

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience selling on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or other online marketplaces is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and electronics is preferred (we're happy to train the right candidate)
  • Ability to lift and move computers and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
