Job Duties:
  • Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers
  • Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
  • Provide exceptional and timely customer service
  • Maintain tools, equipment and company vans

Experience required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2 years' experience as an in-home service provider
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • 2 weeks paid training

**Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
