The Computer Repair Technician (Operations Associate) provides intake, diagnosis, and technical repair work on customer devices based on the team assignment.

Essential Functions
  • Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems
  • Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools
  • Complete a thorough quality assurance review of all completed repairs, ensuring technology is working to customer and Vivacity expectations
  • Prepare serviced products for shipment, creating boxes and packing to ensure safe and timely delivery
  • Maintain organization of designated work stations
  • Cross-trained in Production to assist as business dictates
  • Present relevant work updates and data to Team Lead
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead
