Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Shift times may vary)

  • High computer competency (familiar with computer hardware and software, experience working with hardware and software, knowledge ofcomputer system theory, etc.)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in computer or electronics repair
  • Attention to detail, Excel/Database entry/use, Problem Solving, Flexibility, Ability to multitask, Team Player, Willing to Learn
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk at various points and for varying lengths of time, and lift (up to) 50 pounds.
  • Ability to use hand power tools.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Connect motherboards (MB) to testing programs and run diagnostics
  • Follow SOPs to test, document, and route products appropriately
  • Visually inspect motherboards for non-warranty damage
  • Accurately complete documentation and traveler forms
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Practice safe lifting techniques and proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
  • Meet or exceed performance goals as directed by your supervisor
