We are seeking a Student Intern to support our People & Culture Team at our Headquarters office!
This is an unpaid Internship for current college students needing a college credit or for individuals who want work experience.
1. INTERN HR SYSTEMS
ESSENTIAL INTERNSHIP FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a wide variety of administrative and HR-related tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Onboarding, i9, & Background Compliance: Supporting the onboarding and i9 process and background compliance tasks, as well as assisting with background clearances to our Technology team for profile construction.
  • Document Management (DM) Reorganization: Helping streamline and reorganize documents and where they're located within Document Manager to improve accessibility and consistency
  • HR Drive Migration: Assisting with restructuring and organizing the HR Drive Folders in SharePoint to ensure a more logical, user-friendly layout
  • HR Confluence Page Improvements: Contributing to the redesign of the HR Confluence space to create clearer, more efficient pages for all HR functional areas.
  • Training Material Development: Supporting the creation and enhancement of training materials related to HR system processes.
  • Inbox Assistance and Management: Provides general assistance within the HR Systems inbox, such as UKG password resets and verifications of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL HR INTERNS:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to learn the primary functions of a Human Resources Department
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to complete given tasks
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use good judgment, work well under pressure, adapt to change, and work collaboratively with individuals from all culturally diverse backgrounds
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, team and goal-oriented individual with the ability to drive results.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • While performing the essential duties of this job, the intern is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle, and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • The intern is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal
  • The intern may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
