Job description

We are a growing tooling supplier with a strong presence in the automotive and Dept. of Defense industries, and we are expanding into new markets. As part of this growth, we are seeking skilled and motivated individuals for a combined CNC Machinist / Programmer role to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects from programming through setup and machining, while working collaboratively with engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis)
Develop and optimize toolpaths using CAM software
Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
Perform machine setups, prove-outs, and first-run validations
Work closely with CAD designers, engineers, and other programmers on complex projects
Support prototype development as well as production machining
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve efficiency and quality

Cast aluminum gauges and molds
