About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our engineering team. As an SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems and services. You will work closely with software engineers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to design, build, and maintain systems that are resilient and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
  • Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, proactively addressing issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and performance.
  • Implement observability practices (logging, monitoring, alerting, tracing).
  • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive postmortem reviews.
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion best practices in reliability engineering across the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Expertise in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and distributed systems.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/ master's degree - Information Technology
