Forklift Operator – Future Opportunities
Locations: Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Oakville & Toronto
Shifts: Day & Afternoon
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience and location)
Start Dates: To be confirmed — Roles upcoming Spring/Summer 2026

We’re looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join warehouse teams across multiple Greater Toronto Area locations. These positions require at least 2 years of warehouse experience and recent forklift operation, with a strong emphasis on safe, efficient, and accurate material handling.
Please note: These are upcoming roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, including: Counterbalance (with/without attachments), Crown Reach, Reverse Reach, Double Deep Reach, Cherry Picker/Order Picker, and Electric Pallet Jack (ECP)
  • Pick, stage, and organize orders accurately based on packing slips and company standards
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against documentation
  • Put away products into designated racking systems, including push-back racks
  • Perform routine quality checks and assist with inventory control tasks
  • Manually shrink-wrap and secure pallets for transport
  • Load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Complete necessary documentation, including logs, shipping forms, and inventory records
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
  • At least 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
  • Valid forklift certification meets Ontario safety requirements
  • Physically able to lift 50–60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong focus on safety, precision, and detail
  • Comfortable using RF scanners, warehouse documents, and basic computer systems
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Only candidates who meet all minimum requirements will be considered
